2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

- Wait for the approval and further instructions for sending back the item.
Please do not send items back to Livesel directly, as we facilitate transactions between buyers and livesel.
3. Return Shipping

- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a product defect or livesel error.

- Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the livesel, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

- Refund Approval:If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, or if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition with tags attached.
- Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:
